HANKIN 22 

A residential building planned in the heart of Ra'anana as a part of TAMA 38/2

regulation – demolishing the existing building in order to build a new one.

The building area is about 5500 sqm situated on a 970 sqm site.

30 apartments are planned in which 16 of them are for existing tenants.

Due to a very slim proportions of the building we used horizontal frames and mixed used of materials such as concrete and white tiles to break the narrow model.
