Working Process:

Familiarity with the project:  Familiarity with the site and the program.

At first, the firm studies the location of the site relative to its surroundings, the constraints and advantages of the location of the project and the requirements of the municipality by reading the information page and the approved measurement map.

In parallel to the learning process the firm analyzes the needs of the client, understanding their functional and aesthetic requirements.

Submission to the municipality:  The next stage after selecting the final plan (except in cases where there is no need to submit to the authorities, such as interior design and renovations) is preparing the submission paperwork in order to get a building permit (garmushka). The submission paperwork includes plans, sections, elevation and area calculations of the building.

At this stage coordination meetings are required with the municipality until the paperwork is submitted and awaiting the committee’s approval.

Work Plans: Upon receiving the committee's decision and before receiving a final permit, the preparation of work plans. The work plans consist of construction, ceilings, finishing, flooring, aluminum, sections, elevations, furniture and various details at a scale of 1:50. When it comes to further interior design and need for higher resolution programs then part of the plans will be at a scale of 1:20, such as bathroom layouts, woodworking plans, metalwork, frames and etc. This stage is carried out in coordination with other professionals working on the project such as: the building engineer, electricity, plumbing, air conditioning and so on in according the requirements of the project.

Accompanying the project during construction- During the construction work we initiate supervision visits in order to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the architectural design of the building, the frequency of the visits increase if necessary.

The success of a project lies in the combination of a number of components: the fulfillment of the customer's needs and aspirations, planning that matches the program, functional planning and unique aesthetics.

What makes each project unique is the creative thinking during the design process.
