A mixed-used project of residential apartments and office building in the heart of the Jewish quarter in Budapest. The building area is about 3000 sqm situated on an 850 sqm site. The building consists 46 apartments and a street facing office. In this project we had to preserve the old main façade facing the street and the design challenge was to combine the old façade with the new and modern addition. The building is surrounding an inner green courtyard. In this project our office is planning the interior of all apartments area and public areas as well.
