A mix-used project located in the heart of historic Tel Aviv. The building area is about 2000 sqm situated on a 540 sqm site.

The ground floor is for commercial use and the rest of the building consists of twelve apartments.

The building’s design was inspired by the eclectic style, which dominated and characterized Tel Aviv during the city’s establishment, combined with modern elements.  The main materials used for the design are white plaster, iron and wood.​
