KKL 12

A residential building planned in Holon as part of the israeli Tama 38/3 regulation – addition to an existing building. The building area is about 3300 sqm situated on a 1050 sqm site. The existing building has sixteen apartments and the new addition consists of twelve apartments.

The building is situated next to a public park and the design challenge was to create a modern appealing building although the big mass existing building with the shelter additions from all sides.
