A unique residential project located in Lev Ha’ir District, Tel Aviv-Yafo.

The project is within walking distance from Rothschild Boulevard on one hand and Sheinkin Street on the other. The project area is about 1200 sqm situated on a 500 sqm site.

The building has five apartments, each on a separate floor.

The design for the building is in spirit of the Bauhaus style - a white, modern, minimalist structure. Many woodwork was used for the exterior and interior of the building, to achieve a warmth feel, such as the shutters, pergolas and the deck that continues into the lobby.​
