A mixed-used project of rental residential apartments and exiting commercial area located in the heart of Tel Aviv next to Ha'carmel market and Betzalel market. The building area is about 1600 sqm situated on a 440 sqm site. The architectural planning is in cooperation with Paritzki-liani architects whom designed the first draft for the building. In addition, our office plans the interior of the building.
