A residential building planned in Holon as part of the Israeli Tama 38/3 regulations- addition to an existing building. The building area is about 3500 sqm situated on a 1600 sqm site. The existing building has twelve apartments and the new addition consists of twelve new apartments. The idea was to improve the existing plan by adding reinforcement’s elements and combining the existing plan with the new plan by a clean line design approach for the new additions and using wood elements to connect the existing design with the new design. ​
