YUD ALEF BE-ADAR 8
A residential building planned in Ramat Gan as part of the Israeli Tama 38/2 regulations- demolishing the existing building in order to build a new building. The building area is about 2500 sqm situated on a 500 sqm site.
Twenty apartments are planned in the building in which six of them are for existing tenants.
The design is modern but warm with many wood elements in order to balance the narrow and high proportions of the building.
